ComFree, part of the largest For Sale By Owner network in Canada, recently conducted a survey of 5000 Canadians that states “32% of homeowners would not automatically turn to a real estate agent to sell their property.” In response to this survey, they have introduced a new offering for Canadian homeowners who are considering selling their property without the help of a realtor.
